Finis Terrae è una mostra sui luoghi in cui terra e mare si toccano e si contrastano, su un’opposizione che lascia senza fiato. Ma è, innanzi tutto, una mostra dove i confini sono quelli del nostro sguardo, della nostra percezione e della nostra memoria che proietta in un vuoto e tuttavia organizzato dispositivo (l’immagine) lo sperdimento e la consapevolezza della necessità di cogliere la vastità del mondo che ci circonda così come di abitare, utilizzare, antropizzare, vivere il paesaggio.

Finis Terrae is an exhibition about places where land and sea touch each other and contrast, about an opposition that is breath-taking. But it is, first of all, an exhibition where boundaries are those of our gaze, our perception, and our memory that projects into an empty and yet organized device (the image) the perception and awareness of the need to grasp the vastness of the the world that surrounds us as well as to inhabit, to use, to anthropize, to live the landscape.
